Student Study 2024: Career expectations of young talents
We are pleased to announce the launch of our annual survey for 2024. The aim of the survey is to find out about the attitudes and needs of young people in Bulgaria aged 16-26 in terms of their career development.
Objectives of the study
The main objective of the survey is to provide an insight into the attitudes and needs of young people in Bulgaria regarding their career development. The Gen-Z generation is characterised by ambition, progressiveness, and pragmatism. Therefore, it is important for employers to know their needs and expectations so that they can adapt their strategies and culture where necessary.
Presentation of results
The survey results will be presented and discussed in a special episode of HR Navigator in May 2024. As before, we believe the analysis will be an important tool in the hands of businesses to better adapt to working with young people.
How can you participate?
