"Salaries, additional benefits and bonuses - trends" H2 2024

Together with our partners from Assert International Bulgaria, we have launched our regular survey "Salaries, additional benefits, and bonuses - trends" for the second half of 2024. It is conducted for the 5th consecutive year in two phases - the first one is in December and January, and the second one covers the months of June and July.  

By participating in the H2 2024 survey, you will help track changes that have occurred in the first half of 2024 and help outline employer attitudes regarding upcoming indexations. The survey questions relate to the factors that have impacted and will impact remuneration, benefits, and additional incentives.

The survey takes between 7 to 10 minutes to complete and the results will be presented in July through all Manpower & Assert communication channels.
