Feedback as a tool for business success

Back

In September, we covered another important topic in our HR Navigator video podcast, "Feedback as a tool for business success". In our last episode, we discussed how effective and systematic feedback can transform the work environment by improving employee engagement and accelerating employee growth.

Effective feedback plays a key role in building a positive and productive corporate culture. Our guests Ivelina Petkova, Alexander Yosifov, and Svetoslava Bancheva shared specific strategies and successful practices for implementing feedback in the daily work environment, such as:

  • "Feedback is the foundation on which human relationships are built. More and more often people talk about the link between our good state at work and the results we achieve. Feedback is the key to this. The real power of feedback lies in the ability to give it with understanding, care and support, not with judgment and correction." - Ivelina Petkova
  • "We used to think that feedback was critical and about criticism for improvement, but perhaps one of the best changes in recent years is the realisation that it can and should be positive. In fact, we can learn and analyze our successes and continue to grow through them."- Svetoslava Bancheva
  • "As an element of communication, giving feedback implies follow-up not only by the party receiving it, but also by the party giving it. It is very important, in order to keep people motivated and understanding that they have been heard during this feedback, is to show on our side how we could help, contribute, make a difference in the organization or in the structure." - Alexander Yossifov

Whether you're an HR professional, a team leader, or just want to learn more about how to develop yourself and your team, this episode is for you.
