The main objective of the study is to provide insight into the attitudes and needs of young people in Bulgaria, aged 16-25, regarding their professional development. Gen-Z representatives are defined as ambitious, progressive, and pragmatic. As they fall in the age group up to 26, a large number of them already have several years of professional experience, and representatives of this generation will occupy an increasing part of the workforce in the near future. Therefore, it is important for employers to know their needs and expectations, to which they can adapt their strategies and culture when necessary.

The representatives of Gen Z are defined as ambitious, progressive, and pragmatic. As they belong to the age group up to 26, a large number of representatives already have several years of professional experience. According to global data, 84% of Gen Z want to work for a company they believe in and that will bring them financial security. Along with financial security, career advancement ranks high on the list.
The survey results will be presented and discussed in the episode of HR Navigator in the month of May. As before, we believe the analysis will be an important tool in the hands of businesses to better adapt to working with young people.
