His sustainable development over the years has been accompanied by lessons learned, a number of challenges, strong curiosity, and a great desire to acquire new competencies and improve his skills. The company discovered his talent at the very beginning and over the years gave him many opportunities by trusting him with the most innovative and complex initiatives, as together with the team they developed the entire portfolio of services on the market, turning Manpower into a leading company in the field of HR services.
In February 2023, the expected change in Mr. Sherbanov's function occurred as a natural continuation of the company's sustainable development in recent years. His strategic focus is digitization, tailor-made solutions, and successful integration between work and personal life for everyone on the team.
"After introducing the 4-day work week, in 2022 Manpower Bulgaria introduced a new organizational culture and developed its portfolio of services to meet new business needs. We opened our new office in Sofia, where we can meet the higher expectations of both our customers and our growing team. The same is about to happen in the rest of our offices around the country," he summed up the past year upon entering his new role.
Driven by the desire to systematically improve the company's services, adapting them to the new market and technological realities and customizing them to the specific needs of each client, Mr. Sherbanov added:
"The new reality in managing a company also includes a new type of organizational culture. Our partners with us have always been at the top, and there together with them are our colleagues. Therefore, as a focus in the work of the direct managers and the management staff in Manpower Bulgaria, we see the promotion, support, and acceleration of the realization of the ideas coming from the interaction between our partners and consultants, embracing the future and the unknown."
About the purposefully personalized approach of the company and the role of tailor-made services in our portfolio in the future, Mr. Sherbanov emphasized:
"The values and meaning in our work find expression in increasingly personalized and flexible services that reflect the individuality and character of our various partners. Examples in this direction are individual programs for talent development, digitalization of processes for acquiring new competencies, the introduction of specific digital tools for personnel evaluation, development of new types of managerial skills, outsourcing of processes, import of personnel from specific geographical locations, joint employer brand management, etc. Digital transformation is in full swing at almost all of our partners, and together we look for and find individual solutions to support the optimization of their internal processes."
“These new, more creative approaches bring our partners market advantages that help them be more successful and satisfied in their operations. It is the opportunity to learn and experience the various changes together with them that makes our consulting work extremely interesting and full of meaning. The year started dynamically for us and we expect these trends to deepen and develop," concluded Mr. Sherbanov.
