About the Role:

As a Team Lead IT Solutions, you will guide a dynamic team, drive growth in IT solutions, and represent cutting-edge technologies in networking, cybersecurity, servers, and more. You’ll play a critical role in setting strategy, building relationships, and ensuring team success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in IT leadership with strong team management skills.
• 3+ years in IT/Solutions Sales (storages, networking, cybersecurity, servers, power solutions, video conferencing).
• Established network with system integrators, banks, telecoms, and large customers in Bulgaria.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Adaptable, organized, and problem-solving mindset.
• Positive, proactive leader with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Distribution team in Bulgaria.
• Drive team performance to grow revenue across key products (storages, networking, servers, etc.).
• Align team goals with company strategy and ensure effective training.
• Build relationships with strategic accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Implement tools and processes to improve team efficiency.
• Oversee customer sales projects and ensure successful execution.
