We are looking for an experienced Molecular Diagnostics Product Sales Manager to join a growing team. If you have a proven track record in molecular diagnostics sales and want to make an impact in healthcare, this role is for you.
Qualifications:
- Education in molecular biology, biology, genetics, or biomedical engineering.
- +5 years of sales experience in molecular diagnostics (preferred experience with qPCR, LFT, DNA sequencing, or DNA/RNA extraction methods).
- Experience with companies in molecular diagnostics or laboratory solutions is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to Travel within Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Communication: Manage customer relationships with end users and distributors. Provide technical information, answer inquiries, and guide customers through product specifications, usage, and delivery.
- Sales & Tenders: Prepare price quotations, lead sales activities, and manage tender participation.
- Market & Customer Analysis: Gather market data, identify trends, and provide feedback to internal teams including R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Logistics.
- Customer Training: Organize and conduct training sessions and product demonstrations at customer sites.
- Reporting: Keep detailed records of all sales activities, and customer interactions, and prepare regular reports on market analysis and customer satisfaction.
