Sales Expert with German

Requirements:

• Has excellent command of German (C1 or higher) and good proficiency in English (B2+);
• Has experience in Customer Service and is eager to develop a career in sales;
• Possesses prior sales experience – this is a strong advantage but not mandatory;
• Enjoys communicating with people and building trust and long-lasting client relationships;
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by achieving results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proactively offering products and services to prospective and existing customers in German;
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients;
• Identifying customer needs and providing the best possible solutions;
• Working with internal CRM systems to manage customer information;
• Preparing regular reports on achieved results.
