- Provide in-depth technical support to the sales team and clients
- Prepare product documentation, specifications, and comparisons
- Assist in selecting the most suitable product based on customer needs
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients and partners
- Liaise with international suppliers and the technical team to ensure product availability and compatibility
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work closely with customers
