Personal Assistant to the Manager

You are the perfect fit if you have:

- Fluent English – both written and spoken;
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Previous background in Sales and Customer service field is an advantage[;
- Eye for the detail;
- Positive attitude and great motivation for work;

Main responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in the daily tasks.
- Maintain office documentation and prepare different documents related to the company activities.
- Communicate with partners, clients and institutions if needed.
- Maintain FB page and website of the company.
- Support the administrative, sales and after sales processes in the company.
