For one of our clients, we are seeking a skilled Level 3 Cloud Application Support Engineer to join an innovative and technology-driven team. Your Role:

As a Level 3 Cloud Application Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of cloud-based automation and monitoring platforms. Working closely with international teams, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing cloud environments, and supporting deployments. Your expertise will help enhance performance and reliability for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain cloud-based automated solutions, ensuring their stability, security, and efficiency.
  • Assist in the deployment of new features, bug fixes, and system updates.
  • Debug, test, and optimize cloud-based applications, collaborating with different teams and client platforms.
  • Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve intricate business challenges, providing well-founded recommendations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for designated platforms, maintaining a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects.
  • Work in close cooperation with infrastructure, security, and cloud specialists on a global scale.
  • Deploy and manage cloud-hosted product solutions and client-side implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Linux-based operating systems.
  • Practical knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong command of English for effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk).
  • Experience working with Docker and containerized infrastructure.
  • Understanding of Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
