We are currently looking for one of our international partners, a professional to take the role of HR Generalist.

YOUR Responsibilities:

  • Task Regulation and Assignment: Oversee and delegate tasks to the local HR expert.
  • Health and Safety: Manage health and safety (H&S) processes, ensuring compliance and coordination with occupational health services.
  • Administration and Coordination: Monitor and manage contracts with partners, including contract renewals.
  • Recruitment: Focus on senior-level hiring, with limited involvement in production and operational roles.

What skills do YOU need to possess?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related.
  • +3 years of professional experience in a similar role - HR Specialist/ Admin/ Generalist.
  • Payroll knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills for managing partner agreements and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across departments and with international teams.
