Food Process Engineer

Manpower Bulgaria is seeking, for our client - a leading manufacturing company, a motivate and proactive professional for the position:

Food Process Engineer


Main responsibilities:

• Lead the extraction area to ensure productivity at the highest standards of product safety and quality;
• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality;
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance to yield, reduce waste, and minimize energy consumption;
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities
• Lead and manage projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new product development;
• Provide training and technical support to production staff on processes and equipment.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Food science, or a related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in food processing, preferably in the fruit juice industry;
• Knowledge of chemical engineering principles and their application in food manufacturing;
• Experience with process optimization, quality control, and project management;
• Excellent command of English language - both spoken and written.
