We are looking for an experienced and organized Studio Operations Team Lead for one of our international clients in the field of live studio operations and digital entertainment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Report to the Studio Manager and collaborate closely with the Head of Staff Training and Development;
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and performance assessments for new and current team members;
- Build and maintain a positive and productive team environment aligned with company culture and KPIs;
- Ensure compliance with all internal procedures, policies, and external standards;
- Foster strong working relationships across teams and maintain high-quality performance standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar team leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced operational environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian – both written and verbal;
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
- Ability to lead a team in a structured and motivating way;
- Willingness to work on-site and in a rotating shift system;
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
