Responsibilities:
Greets visitors at the company's office.
Manages official correspondence for the company, both domestically and internationally.
Receives and sends company correspondence, ensuring proper distribution.
Prepares offers and maintains communication with partners and contractors.
Prepares reports and analyses for the management.
Participates in the preparation and organization of company events.
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Proficiency in computer skills
Strong organizational skills.
