Production Supervisor

Job overview:

• As a Production Supervisor you are responsible for the day to day running of the production department and the supervising and output of production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful fulfilment of production plan.
• Plan, organize and control the production process.
• Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel.
• Monitor proper operation of the production machinery and inform the people about damage occurred and detected faults.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyses, and forecasts regarding work.
• Completing daily product reports for outputs.
• Ensuring products meet quality standards.

What we are looking for ?  Ideally you will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related)
• At least 3 years managerial experience in production area
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Excellent computer literacy - Excel. 
• Strong personality with good leadership skills and ability to organize and motivate people.
• Ability to take responsibilities and work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and successfully develop and execute plans in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience of driving culture and developing a team.
• Strong experience adhering to metrics and KPI’s around safety, quality, and cost.
