Customer Support – Live Communication

About the role:

You will be part of a team responsible for presenting live-streamed content and maintaining a consistent level of audience engagement, following predefined internal standards and guidelines.
The work takes place in a studio environment and involves interacting with a global audience. This is not a technical support or helpdesk role, but one that requires clarity in expression, confidence, and a positive tone during live sessions.
