• A minimum of one year of experience in a marketing or administrative role;
• A university degree;
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
• Excellent computer literacy;

• Supporting the execution of local marketing plans;
• Coordinating and organizing events, meetings, and conferences;
• Communicating with healthcare organizations and external partners;
• Collaborating with vendors for the creation, approval, and printing of promotional materials;
• Monitoring approval processes, contracts, and event logistics;
• Maintaining accurate records of marketing materials, including descriptions, expiration dates, and archiving;
• Participating in internal meetings and regional marketing reviews;
• Managing sensitive information through Microsoft Teams channels;
• Monitoring marketing budgets (without responsibility for budget allocation).
