About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Shuffler Operations Manager to lead a team with exceptional leadership and coaching. As a Shuffler Operations Manager, you will mentor team members, handle performance management, and ensure adherence to company policies and core values. This role involves fostering a collaborative team environment through effective communication, regular meetings, and a focus on achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a mentor to your team, helping them to improve their skills and ensure that they adhere to company standards and procedures.
• Supervise team operations, including tracking attendance, ensuring smooth daily operations, and addressing any necessary corrective actions.
• Foster positive team dynamics and communication by organizing regular meetings and providing clear guidance.
• Identify the development needs of both individuals and the group, collaborating with training resources to offer appropriate learning opportunities.
• Ensure that the team meets high-quality standards, working within the company's policies and achieving established KPIs.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• A degree in management or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in the iGaming industry or a live casino environment is advantageous.
• Proficient in using MS Office tools, especially Office 365.
• High level of fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution, leadership, and providing coaching to team members.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to work flexible shifts.
