About the Role:

• We are looking for a Senior Communications Manager with a deep understanding and enthusiasm for developing engaging content and internal and external communications strategies that bring brand to life.
• The purpose of the role is to handle aspects of communication, marketing, and publicity. The ideal candidate will have ample international experience related to communications management and a proven track record in developing and executing effective communication strategies.
• As a key member of company's growth team, you will own and lead their entire content and communications strategy.
• Your key stakeholders will be both internal and external facing to assist the growth of the company and celebrated culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Communication Strategy Management: develop the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of communication, that supports the company’s values and fosters a strong organizational culture
• Content Management: Direct the creation, curation, and dissemination of high-quality content across internal channels, including newsletters, emails, corporate announcements, and the Company’s website.
• Website and Social Media Management: Develop and execute creative content strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to align internal communication efforts with overall business strategies and objectives.
• Employee Engagement Initiatives:  oversee and manage programs aimed at increasing employee engagement, ensuring clear, consistent, and inspiring messaging across all levels of the Company.
• Internal Campaigns & Events: Manage the planning and execution of internal campaigns and events that support company culture, values, and employee engagement.
• Feedback & Improvement: Establish feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of internal communication strategies, using insights to make data-driven improvements.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyse the impact of communication initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Targeted Skills & Experience:

• Education: bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related fields. 
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication, with high preference from a multinational company.
• 5+ years in communications, content, marketing or PR roles.

Skills:

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the Company.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including website management.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required (advanced level preferred)
