Apply Manpower Bulgaria is seeking, for our client - a leading manufacturing company in Plovdiv, a motivate and proactive professional for the (on site) position:

Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Mission: Support the daily operations of the warehouse by providing administrative and clerical services. Ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.


Main responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks;
• Prepare and manage expeditions and reception documents;
• Update warehouse records, including inventory, shipments, and receipts in the system;
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule deliveries and pickups;
• Assist in tracking and maintaining accurate inventories;
• Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures;
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, management, and other departments.

Needed competence:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of 2 years of Administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
