Business Assistant 

Key responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing business engagements according to the CEO's schedule;
• Arranging business trips;
• Participates in the preparation of events, related to the activities of the CEO;
• Taking notes at business meetings with CEO, monitors deadlines and making reminders;
• Daily communication with English speaking clients, managers, external companies, business partners.

Requirements:

• Higher education in relevant field;
• Experience in a similar position, in a corporate environment;
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization, time management skills;
• Microsoft Office/ Excel, Оutlook - intermediate level;
• Experience in a similar position, preferably.

Necessary qualities: Assertiveness, communication, proactivity, corporate manner, organization and responsibility.
