About the Role:

As the Head of KYC, you will be instrumental in developing, enforcing, and overseeing KYC policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. This critical role focuses on risk management during customer onboarding and due diligence processes within the iGaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce detailed KYC policies and procedures that align with all relevant regulatory requirements;
• Lead regular audits to ensure continuous compliance with KYC regulations and internal guidelines;
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence;
• Mentor and lead a team of KYC analysts, promoting a culture of high performance and regulatory adherence;
• Monitor user activities to proactively mitigate fraud risks.

Your profile:

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification such as CAMS is preferred;
• At least 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles, specifically within the iGaming industry;
• Extensive knowledge of KYC regulations and best practices;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Proficiency in compliance software and tools.
