Surveillance Operator

We are seeking a Surveillance Operator!

Reporting to the Director of Security and Surveillance, you will monitor processes, premises, and personnel while ensuring all activities are accurately reported to management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct strict surveillance to detect and prevent security and safety risks.
• Observe and report any non-compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Promptly log and report any irregular, suspicious, or illegal activities.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is fully operational and report malfunctions immediately.
• Assist with investigations as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in designated logs and reports.
• Handle confidential information responsibly to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

Requirements:
• High school diploma required.
• Intermediate English (written and spoken).
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong observational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
• High reliability and strong work ethics.
• No prior experience required—training will be provided!
• Experience with CCTV systems or security technologies is a plus.
