SALES DIRECTOR


to join our client's team. You will be joining in company at a pivotal period, the business is going through an exciting transformation. You will be responsible for driving sales and Your role will focus on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and helping brand optimize their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement strategy and prepare sales analysis. 
  • Develop and implement creative, engaging sales plans
  • New Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target sectors, with a focus on expanding company footprint in global market and bulgarian, which is a key growth market.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with potential customers
  • Prepare business plans and financial projections
  • Increases sales volumes, following the company’s long-term plans
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on sales activities, forecasts, and key account plans to senior leadership.
We are looking for organized and result oriented professional with:
  • Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Economics, Finance or Trade. 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the steel / hot forged parts industry or relevant.   
  • Business-to-business sales and marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets 
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Commercial Competencies: very good communication skills and great sense for sales
  • Very good English language level
  • Very good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to travel as required
