- Strong procurement, sourcing, or purchasing background, preferably in the heavy vehicle, automotive, or industrial sector.
- Experience managing supplier negotiations and cost analysis.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English.
