Manpower Bulgaria is seeking, for our client, a motivate and experienced professional for the (on site) position of:

Office Administrator

The company offers:

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role is a plus;
  • Expertise and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Your daily tasks:
  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly;
  • Create and manage badges and access sheets;
  • Maintain charts for personnel and vehicles;
  • Create help desk tickets and work orders;
  • Keep the work log book accurate and up-to-date.
