For our client, a leader in the seed industry with a presence in 84+ countries, we are searching for a National Sales Manager to join their team in Bulgaria. This company, known for its innovative approach to agriculture, is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge seed solutions across tropical and sub-tropical geographies. As the National Sales Manager for Bulgaria, you will spearhead the company's mission to expand its market presence, launching and managing branded seed products through distributors, business partners, and farmers. You’ll lead sales and customer relationship activities while coordinating with key stakeholders to drive business success. 


Key responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by achieving annual sales objectives through a strategic network of distributors and business partners. 
  • Lead the launch and expansion of branded seed products across Bulgaria, conducting performance trials, demos, and large-scale product demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends, assess competition, and identify product opportunities, ensuring you stay ahead of the curve.
  • Build strong relationships with farmers and customers, providing technical support and conducting awareness training.
  • Collaborate closely with the East Europe leadership team to align business goals and strategies.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing Management, ideally within the rural, agricultural, or pharma sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of seeds, hybrid performance, and cropping systems.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships with distributors, business partners, and farmers.
  • Knowledge of the Bulgarian agricultural market and familiarity with local market trends and competition.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to engage and influence various stakeholders.
