For one of our partners, a leading Bulgarian commercial bank, offering a wide range of financial services for private and corporate clients with a focus on innovation and flexibility, we are looking for Infrastructure Specialist.Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain access to IT infrastructure according to established protocols.
- Organize and monitor the daily functioning of the user IT infrastructure.
- Participate in project groups to support the specification and implementation of new products and services.
- Install and configure computers and software used within the Bank.
- Assist internal clients with troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.
- Higher education/Secondary specialized education in the field of computer technology.
- Proficiency in English at a working level.
- Knowledge of computer hardware.
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and office products.
- Category B driver's license.
- Stable behavioral profile, strong cooperative attitude, and team-working skills.
- Flexibility, proactiveness, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
