HR Generalist

We are currently looking for one of our international partners, a professional to take the role of:

HR Generalist
YOUR Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Draft and process amendments to employment contracts as needed (e.g., changes in job title, salary adjustments etc.).
• Implement global HR policies and processes, liaise with HQ and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and update relevant HR software and ATS.
• Track and forecast HR-related expenses against approved HR budgets.
• Organize and execute different company events – team buildings, celebrations, health and volunteering initiatives.

What skills do YOU need to possess?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline.
• +3 years of professional experience in HR Manager or HR Generalist role.
• Knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in an international company.
