We expect you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in similar education or equivalent professional experience;
• Very good level of English;
• Strong background in industrial safety (or strong motivation to develop in industrial safety)
• Very good communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct regular and thorough risk assessments;
• Identify potential hazards, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations;
• Advise and guiding management on safety issues, developing safety policies, and promoting best practices throughout the organization;
• Lead safety training programs for employees, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to work safely and efficiently;
• Conduct detailed investigations to identify root causes in the event of workplace incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
