Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a Floor Supervisor for one of our partners, to oversee the operations of assigned table games during your shift, ensuring game integrity through observation and handling gaming disputes professionally and positively.

Your Role:
• Supervise the operation of assigned table games during scheduled shifts, focusing on asset security and effectively motivating your team
• Manage, coach, and inspire your team to foster a strong sense of collaboration
• Make sound decisions to ensure smooth operations while maintaining the highest level of professionalism
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
• Stay updated with rules and procedures for all table games and apply them in daily operations
• Monitor the integrity of the games through observation and report any suspicious activity
• Efficiently manage and resolve gaming disputes, escalating them to the Pit Manager when necessary
• Provide professional and helpful interactions with all team members and assist with game and property-related information
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest activity and Table Games operations
• Ensure a positive rapport and professional interaction with all team members and other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Adhere to attire and grooming standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Authorization to work in Bulgaria
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in using relevant equipment and software applications
• Previous experience in either online or land-based casinos is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and team members
