Key Requirements:
- German – B2 level or higher;
- No prior experience required;
- English not required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and handling incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone (approximately 20-30 calls per day);
- Presenting the company's products upon caller's request.
Application Process:
- Written test for language assessment (20-30 minutes);
- Online interview;
- Job offer.
Duration of Paid Training:
8 weeks.
Salary:
3500 BGN gross + bonus.
