Customer Service Representative (Azerbaijani Language)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service in Azerbaijani via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to achieve optimal results.
- Participate in internal training conducted in English.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the Azerbaijani language (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for participation in internal training.
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
