Administrative Manager (Office Manager)

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role;
- Excellent skills and knowledge in document processing and computer literacy;
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactiveness and willingness to work in a corporate environment
Your daily tasks:
- Ensures the efficient running of administrative processes at the central office, providing necessary services for business operations and executive meetings;
- Managing visitor reception, phone calls, and office correspondence;
- Keeping company documents organized and accessible;
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting and assigning document numbers;
- Operating an electronic system for documenting correspondence.
- Managing office supply orders and payments, and liaising with suppliers and institutions.
