Role Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the flow of accounting documents related to payments;
• Process and analyze payment transactions and settlements to ensure accuracy and compliance;
• Ensure correct classification and arrangement of payment documents;
• Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline payment processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience with financial systems, preferably SAP;
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data effectively;
• Strong analytical skills to oversee financial documentation and ensure accurate expense allocation;
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to handle vendor communications and internal reporting.
