Manufacturing Manager 

Manpower Bulgaria is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading international manufacturing company. This role offers the opportunity to lead production teams, optimize processes, and drive efficiency in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Manufacturing Manager 

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
Lead and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Optimize manufacturing processes, implement lean methodologies, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet business objectives and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain, to enhance overall production efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing best practices.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic input for production planning and development.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment;
Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality management;
Experience in high-tech, automotive, medical device, or industrial manufacturing is highly desirable; Hands-on experience with production planning, team leadership, and resource management. Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance procedures is a plus;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
