                   Customer Service Representative (Azerbaijani Language)
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service in Azerbaijani via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to achieve optimal results.
  • Participate in internal training conducted in English.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the Azerbaijani language (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for participation in internal training.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
