- Has excellent command of German (C1 or higher) and good proficiency in English (B2+);
- Has experience in Customer Service and is eager to develop a career in sales;
- Possesses prior sales experience – this is a strong advantage but not mandatory;
- Enjoys communicating with people and building trust and long-lasting client relationships;
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by achieving results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively offering products and services to prospective and existing customers in German;
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients;
- Identifying customer needs and providing the best possible solutions;
- Working with internal CRM systems to manage customer information;
- Preparing regular reports on achieved results.
