Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Cost control activities co-ordination and follow-up;
• Ensure effective production control, reporting and compliance with group requirements and established country level norms;
• Benchmarking with other internal and external manufacturing units;
• Coordinate the budgeting (BP) forecasting/ strategic plan work of the unit and prepare the financial report;
• Coordinate standart costing process and calculate hourly rates;
• Prepare work for the monthly closing (provisions, accruals etc.);
• Help in relevant areas - internal and external audits;
• Works closely with the CFO and reports to the Global Finance Director;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• English language - high professional level;
• Relevant professional experience in international manufacturing company;
• Experience in Financial Shared Service Center or financial responsibilities on Group level;
• Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
