• Strong procurement, sourcing, or purchasing background, preferably in the heavy vehicle, automotive, or industrial sector.
• Experience managing supplier negotiations and cost analysis.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership experience with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English.
