You are the perfect fit if you have:
– Fluent English – both written and spoken;
– Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
– Excellent organizational and communication skills;
– Previous background in Sales and Customer service field is an advantage[;
– Eye for the detail;
– Positive attitude and great motivation for work;
Main responsibilities:
– Assist the Manager in the daily tasks.
– Maintain office documentation and prepare different documents related to the company activities.
– Communicate with partners, clients and institutions if needed.
– Maintain FB page and website of the company.
– Support the administrative, sales and after sales processes in the company.
