Manpower Bulgaria joins forces with the HR community and with state institutions in the HR Screening 2023 study

Manpower Bulgaria, in partnership with the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM) and the Employment Agency, launched its traditional national, annual survey "HR Screening" for 2023.

Manpower Bulgaria, in partnership with the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM) and the Employment Agency, launched its traditional national, annual survey "HR Screening" for 2023.


 


It aims to gather data for experts in the sector and for anyone who is performing an HR function without a formal HR specialist role.


 


For the third year in a row, this momentary photo of professionals, their skills, and real-life roles will provide insight into the development of the community in Bulgaria, going through the business goals of the companies and reflecting their priorities in the field of people management. It will also be helpful to identify the challenges, strengths, and needs of the future development of individual HR functions, as well as it is going to be the basis for transformation from the inside of the business, the education, and the people.


 


For the first time, in addition to the companies in the database of ManpowerGroup Bulgaria, the networks of contacts of the Employment Agency and the Bulgarian Association for People Management will also be invited to participate, with which the three organizations aim to give a much more realistic and comprehensive picture of the situation. The results of the "HR Screening" will also set guidelines, trends, and conclusions for the optimization of processes, increasing their efficiency and overcoming the challenges before us.

Generation Z are looking for flexibility and clear communication in the workplace

For the third consecutive year, we surveyed young talent's career expectations - Student Study 2023. During April and May, we surveyed 495 students and workers, aged between 16 and 25, allowing them to share their opinions, expectations, and attitudes on the topic. The results of this survey aim to provide advice and practical guidance to employers so that companies can make informed decisions about attracting and retaining young talent in their teams.

Поколение Z търсят гъвкавост и ясна комуникация на работното място

За трета поредна година проведохме проучване, посветено на кариерните очаквания на младите таланти - Student Study 2023. В рамките на месеците април и май анкетирахме 495 ученици, студенти и работещи, на възраст между 16 и 25 години, давайки им възможност да споделят своите мнения, очаквания и нагласи по темата. Резултатите от настоящото проучване имат за цел да предоставят съвети и практически насоки на работодателите, за да могат компаниите да вземат информирани решения в посока привличане и задържане на млади таланти в екипите си.
