  • Actively monitor our customer’s infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, load balancers, databases,...) and respond to critical issues in a quick and efficient way
    • Troubleshoot technical issues to restore the availability
    • Plan, execute and/or participate in technical migrations and maintenances
    • Clear communication with customers (about requests, incidents & maintenances) through our ticketing system
    • Work together with and escalate more technical issues towards colleagues from Bulgaria and Belgium
    • Provide clear communication and reporting about what happened during your shift, hereby ensuring proper and timely follow-up by your colleagues




• Have at least 2 years of experience on a SysOps position or similar
• Experience in a SSC is a plus
• You are eager to learn and have a passion for IT and technology
• Write and speak English very well
• Have good overall communication skills
• Like to work in a team as well as independently
• Are willing to take responsibility and ownership
• Are an independent and proactive learner
• Are willing to work on 12-hour shifts (day and/or night, some flexibility required) (between 11 and 13 shifts per month)

• Advanced knowledge in Windows and Debian Linux
- Web/application servers
- Apache
- Nginx
- Load balancing (HAproxy)
• Knowledge and experience with:
- Git (must-have)
- Public cloud technologies (AWS & Azure) (would be a plus)
▪ Experience with AWS Terraform HashiCorp would be considered a major plus
• Networking (must have at least basic understanding of DNS, network protocols, VLANS, public and private
• Ansible (would be a plus)
• VMWare virtualization (must-have)
• Experience with NewRelic & NRQL would be considered a plus
