The Programme Operations is a new and dynamic team supporting our client by implementing best practices through the selection, coordination, and implementation of change initiatives.

The Project Manager will support the efforts to address the following organization challenges:

  • Better serve our Customers and Improve the efficiency of our operations
  • Redesign our processes & upgrade our technologies to provide a stronger Customer Experience (CX)
  • Support our client's growth plans by implementing best in class program & project management and removing complexity


  • Proactively work closely with the Programme Head Operations to embed the approved Prioritisation Framework to improve the cadence of delivery of programs and projects the company
  • Play a significant role in advocating new ways of working by engaging stakeholders to accelerate the approved transformation projects to shape the company's ambitious plans.
  • Liaise with the stakeholders to define the scope of the prioritized projects
  • Lead the delivery of cross-functional projects and initiatives across the company.
  • Conduct a Discovery phase for the projects: identifying the current state, creating a business case, identifying requirements, and establishing the project’s workstreams
  • Deliver the project through appropriate project management techniques
  • Lead stakeholder and governance meetings, facilitating decision making and prioritization
  • Ensure stakeholders are managed well and communicated with effectively through appropriate reporting
  • Work to measurable short and long-term project objectives and ensure team members, stakeholders, and vendors meet them
  • Establish and manage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budget
  • Clearly documenting project schedules and roadmaps
  • Create guidelines for evaluating a project’s strengths and identifying where further improvement is required
  • Onboard wider members
  • Actively manage risks and issues, as well as dependencies resolving problems with the project as they arise
  • Support the implementation of executive-level reporting for all in-flight and pipeline projects
  • Participate in the integration of acquired businesses
  • Actively collaborate with Stakeholders to enhance communication between Programme Ops and other departments (including, but not restricted, to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Events).

  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Self-starter, deadline-driven, able to handle and prioritize simultaneous projects
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage laterally and upwards, comfortable in dealing with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
  • Ability to work with global stakeholders in any part of the world
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in written form, according to audience
  • Experience creating, mapping, and implementing business processes
  • ERP implementation with a strong understanding of the Sales, Finance & HR processes
  • Exposure to Data architecture and governance
  • Experience participating to the onboarding of new joiners, teams, and/or acquired company
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince 2, ..)
  • Continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma knowledge a plus
  • Fluency in English, and other languages a plus


  • 5-7 years of Project Management experience
  • Demonstrable history of successfully driving projects to completion – end-to-end delivery of business and technology change is highly desirable
  • Running Discovery phases, writing business cases, and designing projects from scratch
  • Cross-functional project experience and ideally hands-on experience with data analysis and migration
  • Creating project artifacts and procedures, including status reports, detailed plans, and high-level roadmaps
  • Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and waterfall experience
  • Managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in business transformation and change management principles
  • Knowledge of project/product management software (e.g. Jira)
  • Experience across different workforce environments, and different geographies
  • Experience with Finance ERP applications such as Netsuite, SAP S/4 Hana, Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance, or similar SaaS.
  • Experience in the continuous improvement processes and technics
  • Experience with Data Governance
  • Experience in Solution & Business Architectures
