Facility Manager (FM)

In your daily work, you will:

• Plans, manages, and coordinates the entire pack of technical maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Manages and coordinates the timely and cost-effective fixing of all facility-concerning and facility-arisen technical problems in the property, while consulting, proposing, vindicating, and controlling the materials and technologies used.
• Owns the building works inside and on the outside periphery of the property, whilst proposing contractors, prepares any contractual documentation required and ensuring the contracting parties do their works properly, timely and cost-effectively.
• Liaises with all competent government and municipal institutions and ensures strict and permanent compliance with all the laws and regulations, concerning the property.
• Meticulously keeps and updates several technical- and utilities-related databases and reports, including daily entries into a specialized company facility-reporting software.
• Takes part in the regular internal performance review meetings

The main processes managed by the FM include, but are not limited, to:

• Building climatization and ventilation
• Electrical system and electricity consumption
• Repairs and replacements, both planned and non-planned
• Tenants’ project and technical compliance
• Cleaning and waste disposal
• Security and safety

About You:

• Technical university degree, multi-field technical knowledge and literacy, as well as proven related experience.
• Excellent related regulations insight.
• Good command of MS Excel and of AutoCad-type software.
• Good level of English command – both written and spoken.
• Proactive and positive mindset , combined with high level of alertness and attention to detail.
• Organized manner of taking the workload and very good priority sense is required.
