Your typical day will include:
- Handling customer enquiries;
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations
- Interact with customers via various methods of communication;
- Ensuring efficient communication with the connected departments when needed;
- Follow-ups to make sure full resolution of the customer problems;
- Ensuring compliance with the established procedures and make improvements;
What we look for:
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in French/ Italian/ Spanish/ German/ Polish C1;
- Ability to work in shifts;
- Able to communicate on different levels and with people from different backgrounds;
- Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills;
- Open-minded and positive.
