Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of the customers platform configuration and setup  
  • Ability to assess technical issues and its operational impact on the customer
  • Drive technical conversations with customer’s technical and executive level during time of crisis  
  • Always strive to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Provide constant transparency to open engagement status/progress  
  • Customer Advocacy
  • Use technical tools and platforms to assess customer health state  


Requirements:

  • Experience on the same or other relevant position for a SaaS or web company
  • Excellent communication who is customer oriented  
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders  
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of web technologies and the associated support teams/processes
  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent (a plus)
  • Experience in using software for sales management such as Salesforce, etc. is a plus
