Отговорности

 

  • Create and send invoices;
  • Prepares and sends offers;
  • Process, manage and record sales and payments;  
  • Keep track of debt levels;
  • Send contract renewals
  • Assist with ad hoc queries as necessary;

 

Изисквания

 

  • Experience with invoicing and administrative roles;
  • Excellent level of English;
  • Highly organised, able to follow deadlines and multitask;
  • A collaborative person, able to work across the team;
  • Problem solving skills and willing to learn;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a good level of IT skills;
