Manages a team of Enquiries Coordinators – mentoring, supporting and motivating them
Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluation
Keeps track of their daily tasks, monitor performance, schedule review meetings, etc.
Distributes translation projects among the team and supervising their execution;
Participates in clients’s meetings and manage key accounts
Handles translation projects and quality assurance when necessary
Experience in people’s management from an international company (e.g. BPO)
Experience from the language industry would be a bonus
Good technical knowledge and desire to learn
Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Fluent in English – both written and spoken
Good communicator and motivator
Analytical and structured thinking
Responsible, self-driven, problem-solver
